Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Klune Industries, a leader in the manufacturing of aerostructures components, in its sale to Precision Castparts Corp., a worldwide, diversified manufacturer of complex metal components and products.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The sale is expected to close in the third calendar quarter.

M&A partner Robert Miller and associate Claudia Simon led the Paul Hastings team, which included Tax partner Alexander Lee, Environmental partner Tom Mounteer, Employment partner Steve Harrisand associates Sign Kadouh and Hewot Shantuke.
