Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Neighborhood Parks Council, an advocate for sustainable parks, in its merger with San Francisco Park Trust, an organization to enhance and protect parks.
The new nonprofit public organization will be the largest park advocacy group in San Francisco and will be renamed the San Francisco Parks Alliance. Combined the groups hope to protect, sustain, and enrich San Francisco parks and green open spaces. The firm has a long-standing pro bono client relationship with the Neighborhood Parks Council and will continue to represent the newly merged entity in future endeavors.
Corporate partner Gregg Vignos led the Paul Hastings team, which included associates Theresa Nagy and David Hamsher.
