Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised Post Advisory Group LLC in the sale of a minority stake in Post Advisory Group, LLC to Nippon Life Insurance Company.
Post Advisory Group LLC is owned by The Principal Financial Group’s subsidiary, Principal Global Investors. Post is a leading manager of high-yield fixed income based in Santa Monica, California and has approximately $11.8 billion in assets under management.
Investment Management partner Mitchell Nichter led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associate Sasha Burstein.
