Simpson Thacher is representing Suzhou Gold Mantis Construction Decoration Co., Ltd. in connection with its US$75 million acquisition of 70% equity interest in HBA International, a world leader in interior design services for the hospitality industry. The transaction is expected to close by the end of this year, subject to Chinese regulatory approvals.
