The firm is representing an affiliate of KKR Asset Management in connection with its pending acquisition of a 9.5% stake in PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk (“TPSF”). This will be KKR’s first investment in Indonesia.
TPSF is a food and food-related businesses company which has three business lines: food manufacturing; rice processing and distribution; and palm oil and plantation businesses. TPSF is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
