Simpson Thacher represented LineRate Systems, Inc. in connection with the sale of the company to F5 Networks, Inc. Based near Boulder, Colorado, LineRate Systems, Inc. provides software that offers layer 7+ network services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
