Lighting Science Group announced the completion of its final round of private placements in which it raised approximately $140 million in equity funding and commitments from various investors. Lighting Science Group is one of the world’s leading LED lighting manufacturers and designs, develops, manufactures and markets LED lighting solutions that are environmentally friendlier and more energy efficient than traditional lighting products.
