Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Deepak Nanda has joined the Orange County office as a partner. A corporate partner who served as Managing
Partner of Foley & Lardner’s Los Angeles office, Nanda will continue to focus his practice on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.
