Resident in the Firm’s Silicon Valley office, Jackson has over three decades of experience in California and US domestic, as well as international employment counseling and litigation. In addition to handling the global coordination of human resources and personnel-related agreements, policies and initiatives, she defends companies and C-suite individuals in high-profile class actions and other high-stakes employment litigation.

Jackson’s practice includes not only traditional California and US employment counseling and litigation relating to whistleblower, discrimination, harassment and other wrongful dismissal matters, compensation and other employment claims, but also cross-border internal investigations, employment litigation and counseling. Throughout her career, Jackson has assisted international clients with locally compliant employment practices and documentation, global expansion and retrenchment, global codes of conduct, human rights in global supply chains, corporate social responsibility, global hotlines and global data privacy.
