Hanson Bridgett LLP is pleased to welcome Joseph F. Moore as a partner in the firm’s Real Estate & Construction Section. Joe will reside in Hanson Bridgett’s San Francisco office. Previously, Joe led Clyde & Co’s US infrastructure and construction projects practice.

Joe’s experience as an attorney and an engineer adds another layer of expertise for our clients,” said David Longinotti, Section Head of the firm’s Real Estate and Construction Section. “His industry knowledge is top notch and he will be a good fit with the attorneys in our collaborative environment.”

Joe has more than 20 years of industry experience. Joe represents clients in state court, federal court, and numerous arbitration forms, both domestically and internationally. His experiences include matters administered by the American Arbitration Association, and the International Chamber of Commerce, as well as ad hoc proceedings. Joe also assists clients with the structuring, negotiating and drafting of infrastructure and technology related agreements, including public-private partnerships, design-build, and EPC procurements. Additionally, he provides counsel to clients on government contracting matters arising from the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and the various public-entity claims processes.

Joe received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1997 and his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis in 1991.
