Leech Tishman is pleased to announce its expansion to the West Coast with the opening of its California office. The office, located in Pasadena, California, will be led by Alan M. Kindred and Ivan Posey, two renowned intellectual property lawyers with decades of  experience in trademark, copyright and patent prosecution, intellectual property litigation, as well as domestic and international business and trade matters. Accordingly, Leech Tishman adds this Intellectual Property Practice Group to its growing list of service offerings.

Before Leech Tishman, Alan and Ivan co-founded Kindred Posey, an international and domestic consultancy and legal services firm, advising clients on intellectual property, litigation and international trade issues.

“While we continue to provide valued counsel to regional clients involved in traditional lines of business,  Leech Tishman now serves clients throughout the country at the forefront of technology, renewable energy and financial services industries,” said Pete A. Fuscaldo, managing partner of Leech Tishman. “Establishing a West Coast office and full-service Intellectual Property Group makes strategic sense and responds to the growing demands of our clients whose presence extends across the U.S. and beyond. We remain dedicated to providing the legal tools they need for success in today’s economy,” Fuscaldo added.

New Leech Tishman partner Ivan Posey said, “Alan and I could not be more pleased to join the team. With our exceptional experience in addressing the broad array of intellectual property issues that arise with implications both domestically and abroad, we will look forward to enabling clients to protect the investments in intellectual property that have contributed to their competitive business advantage.”
