“Steve is a highly regarded lawyer with a distinguished reputation for handling complex, high-stakes litigation,” said David Graeler, chair of Nossaman’s Litigation Practice Group. “His unique expertise in tackling cutting-edge issues builds on the depth and overall capabilities of our prominent Litigation practice. We are pleased to welcome him to the Firm and look forward to the exceptional client service he will provide and his contributions to our continued growth.”

Mr. Knott’s extensive trial experience includes briefing and arguing appeals before the Ninth Circuit and California Courts of Appeal, and briefing a case before the United States Supreme Court to defeat certiorari.

“Nossaman has an outstanding reputation and a strong contingent of both litigation and transactional attorneys,” said Knott. “I am excited about this opportunity to further expand my practice and I look forward to extending the range of legal services I can offer to clients thanks to the firm’s robust offerings beyond litigation.”

Mr. Knott earned his J.D. from the University of California at Davis School of Law (1990) and his B.A from the University of California, Berkeley (1983).
