Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce the addition of Brian Arnold as a partner in the intellectual property litigation group in Los Angeles. He joins Snell & Wilmer from the law firm Loeb & Loeb LLP.

Brian focuses his practice on patent litigation and complex commercial cases involving intellectual property matters. He has represented major corporate clients in federal trial and appellate courts. Brian has successfully litigated patent infringement matters involving a wide variety of technologies, including automotive service equipment, portable digital audio devices, computer software, computer storage devices, optical displays, spinal instrument systems, injectors for medical imaging systems, slot machines, computer-related imaging systems, artificial fire logs and food products. Brian has also represented clients in patent and trademark licensing negotiations and disputes in various industries.

Brian is a past president of the Los Angeles Intellectual Property Law Association and an active member of the Judge Paul R. Michel Intellectual Property American Inn of Court; USC Gould School of Law Intellectual Property Institute, Planning Committee; Intellectual Property Owners Association, Patent Litigation committee; American Bar Association, Intellectual Property Division; and American Intellectual Property Law Association. He has been named a 2014 Southern California Super Lawyer for Intellectual Property Litigation. He earned his M.A. from Claremont Graduate University and his J.D. from Loyola Law School.
