McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP announces the addition of Diana Hastings to the firm’s Corporate practice in California. Based in San Francisco, Hastings focuses on international, domestic and cross-border estate planning, estate and trust administration and related tax matters.
Hastings is a fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and is certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization as a legal specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.
“The Private Client Services team at McKenna is top notch and I am excited about joining the firm and my seven ACTEC fellows,” said Hastings. “Returning to a full-service firm allows me to expand the offerings I provide to clients for their personal and business needs.”
“We are thrilled to have Diana join the firm,” said Michael Cochran, Corporate Department Chairman. “Her practice complements and strengthens our Private Client Services group domestically and internationally and her addition is the direct result of the client demand we are experiencing in this area.”
Hastings received her J.D. degree from the Cornell Law School, her M.B.A. from the George Washington University and her B.A. degree from the University of Oregon.
