“We are very pleased to welcome Artin to Nossaman,” said Bradford Kuhn, Practice Group Leader for the Eminent Domain and Valuation Group. “His deep, nuanced understanding of California’s eminent domain and valuation landscape, and his extensive contacts in the region, will enable him to integrate seamlessly into our already strong California eminent domain and litigation practices. Artin’s skillset will add immediate value for our clients, and we are excited to have him join our team.”

Nossaman’s Eminent Domain and Valuation Practice Group is one of the most prominent practice groups of its kind in California. Its attorneys have represented public agencies, property owners and business owners on some of the largest eminent domain and valuation cases in the state, and the most high-profile public works projects that shape California’s infrastructure.

Mr. Shaverdian joined Nossaman because of the firm’s stellar reputation and deep bench of talented attorneys.

“Nossaman has an outstanding reputation in the marketplace and it provides a platform that will allow me to expand my practice and work with a world-class group of attorneys,” said Mr. Shaverdian.

Mr. Shaverdian is a member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the International Right of Way Association, the central authority in public right of way work; a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Real Property Section, Condemnation and Land Valuation Committee; and a member of the Armenian Bar Association.
