Polsinelli welcomes highly experienced attorney Anoush Hakimi as counsel to its strong national Real Estate Finance Group. Hakimi has represented international and domestic corporate and commercial clients on both coasts in a wide range of complex real estate financial transactions.

Hakimi focuses his practice on the financing of real estate commercial transactions, including the representation of funds, investment banks, lenders, developers and institutional and non-institutional investors in connection with construction, bridge, permanent, securitized and mezzanine financing. He also has extensive experience with respect to note sales and acquisitions, workouts, restructurings and reorganizations, as well as more traditional real estate transactions including the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, commercial leasing, ground leasing and ground leasehold financing.
