Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo (AALRR) is pleased to announce that Kellie Christianson has joined the firm’s Irvine, California office as a partner, bringing a 21-year practice that focuses on legal counsel and strategic advice to car dealerships and small businesses exclusively in all aspects of employment and business litigation. She had been a partner with the firm of Callahan Thompson Sherman & Caudill LLP.

“Kellie’s breadth of labor and employment experience makes her a strong addition to our team,” said Paul Fleck, department chair for the private Labor and Employment Practice Group. “Her experience and client-focused approach will directly benefit the firm and our clients as we continue to strengthen our regional presence in Southern California.”

Throughout her 21-year career, Christianson has defended numerous car dealers in class actions, wrongful discharge, and employment discrimination claims in both state and federal court. She has obtained numerous successful awards, judgments and settlements on cases involving wrongful termination, harassment, employment discrimination, unfair competition and common law claims and disputes.
The California State University, Fullerton, and Western State University College of Law graduate received the American Jurisprudence awards in Contracts II and Uniform Commercial Code while in law school. Christianson is a frequent author and lecturer on labor and employment matters, as well as her long-term affiliation with the National Association of Dealer Counsel.
