Cooley LLP announced today that it advised the underwriters on FireEye, Inc.’s $303.5 million initial public offering. FireEye, a California-based technology company, invented a purpose-built, virtual machine-based security platform that provides real-time threat protection to enterprises and governments worldwide against the next generation of cyber attacks. FireEye now trades on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol “FEYE.”

The underwriters include Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC; Goldman, Sachs & Co.; J.P. Morgan Securities LLC; Barclays Capital Inc.; Merrill Lynch; Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated; UBS Securities LLC; and Nomura Securities International, Inc.
