Cooley LLP announced today that it advised the underwriters on RingCentral, Inc.’s initial public offering. RingCentral, a California-based technology company, delivers cloud communications solutions that free people to work the way they want in today’s mobile, distributed and always-on work world. RingCentral now trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “RNG.”

The underwriters include Goldman, Sachs & Co.; J.P. Morgan Securities LLC; Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated; Allen & Company LLC; and Raymond James & Associates, Inc.
