Cooley LLP announced today that it advised the underwriters on Control4’s initial public offering. Control4 is a leading provider of personalized automation and control solutions that allows users to control virtually any device in a home or business, automatically. Control4 now trades on the NASDAQ Global Stock Market under the symbol “CTRL.”

Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Canaccord Genuity Inc., Cowen and Company, LLC and Needham & Company, LLC acted as co-managers.

The Cooley corporate securities team that advised the underwriters was led by partners Eric Jensen and Drew Williamson and included associates Seth Gottlieb and Robert E. Jones. Critical support for the offering was provided by tax partner Mark Windfeld-Hansen.
