Cooley LLP announced today that it advised the underwriters on Cyan, Inc.’s recent IPO. Cyan, now trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “CYNI,” is a Northern California-based company that has pioneered innovative, carrier-grade networking solutions that transform inefficient legacy networks into open, high-performance networks. Its solutions enable network operators to “virtualize” their networks, accelerate service delivery and increase scalability and performance, while reducing costs.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as lead joint book-running managers for the offering, Jefferies LLC acted as book-running manager and Pacific Crest Securities LLC acted as co-manager.
