O’Melveny & Myers LLP represented Rizvi Traverse Management as the lead investor in a US$50 million Series C financing round for Flipboard Inc., an innovative technology company and creator of the world’s first social magazine. Goldman Sachs, Insight Venture Partners, Index Ventures, and Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers also participated.
