Shearman & Sterling represented API Healthcare Corporation, a portfolio company of Francisco Partners, in its acquisition of Concerro, Inc. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

API, based in Hartford, Wisconsin, is the largest healthcare-specific vendor focused on workforce management solutions for the industry. Concerro, based in San Diego, California, is a provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) staffing and scheduling systems for healthcare. Francisco Partners is a leading private equity firm focused exclusively on investments in technology and technology-enabled services businesses.
