The Firm recently represented Allyes Group (“Allyes”), majority owned by Silver Lake Partners, in connection with an agreement for a strategic investment by Vision Knight Capital. Vision Knight Capital is a China-based private equity fund which focuses on investments in Internet, consumer retail, e-commerce and other industries. David Wei, Vision Knight Capital’s founding partner, joined the Allyes board of directors in December 2011.

Founded in 1998, Allyes provides integrated digital marketing solutions driven by data, technology and products, including digital marketing technologies in broadband and mobile Internet areas, a targeted marketing platform, media advertising agency, SEM, social marketing, interactive innovation, e-commerce and other products and services.
