Real estate attorney Roxana K. Chamouillé has joined the law firm Freeman Freeman & Smiley, LLP as a partner in its Irvine office.

Ms. Chamouillé handles commercial real estate transactions on behalf of local, regional and nationwide institutional lenders, with particular emphasis on financing, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. She was previously the Founder and President of RKC APC, a law firm specializing in real estate transactions and litigation.

Ms. Chamouillé has served as lead and supervising attorney for highly complex litigation matters involving construction defects, insurance coverage, and failed commercial real estate transactions. She represents various developers, insurance carriers, and individual business owners in all stages of litigation, successfully negotiating favorable settlements for her clients.

A graduate of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, Ms. Chamouillé received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
