Mr. Bolt has been assisting clients with domestic corporate, transactional and business-related immigration issues as well as international legal matters for more than 30 years.

“Our real estate group relies heavily on solving problems and identifying opportunities for our clients,” said Bruce Smiley, chair of Freeman Freeman & Smiley’s Real Estate Department. “Mark’s real estate experience in leasing, title, development, and purchases and sales of real property, will help us deliver on and exceed our client’s expectations.” Mr. Jackson joins the firm from Gresham Savage’s San Bernardino office.
