Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of attorney Christian Nicholes to its Electronics and Software Team in the internationally-recognized Intellectual Property Department. Mr. Nicholes is joining Kilpatrick Townsend’s Silicon Valley office as Counsel.
Mr. Nicholes concentrates his practice on patent preparation and prosecution relating to a variety of computer technologies. He joins Kilpatrick Townsend from Hickman, Palermo, Truong & Becker in San Jose, CA.

Mr. Nicholes earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Nicholes was employed as a computer programmer.
