Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Corporate Partner Carole Bellis to its nationally-recognized Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities Team. The addition of Ms. Bellis is part of the firm’s strategy to grow its transactional practices in the Bay Area. She will be based in Kilpatrick Townsend’s expanding Silicon Valley office.

Carole will play an integral role as we continue to grow our corporate transactions and securities practice on the West Coast.”
Ms. Bellis’ practice focuses on representing public and private companies in venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. She has extensive experience working with a wide-range of clients in the technology and life sciences sectors. Ms. Bellis began her legal career in Paris where she advised U.S. companies engaged in cross-border transactions before returning to the Bay Area where she has practiced since 1999. Before attending law school, she was an executive in a government-relations firm representing high-profile public companies and foreign governments before the California state legislature.
Ms. Bellis earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a B.S.B.A. from Florida State University.
