Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Uyen Nguyen to the firm’s Silicon Valley office. Mr. Nguyen joins the firm as an associate on the nationally-recognized Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities Team.
Mr. Nguyen specializes in the areas of corporate and securities law, including general corporate representations, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings. He advises technology and life sciences companies through all stages of their growth, from start-up through initial public offering or acquisition. In addition, Mr. Nguyen has considerable experience in counseling public companies on governance, disclosure matters and other securities law issues.
Prior to joining Kilpatrick Townsend, Mr. Nguyen was an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Mr. Nguyen received his B.A. in Economics from Yale University and his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School.
