Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition ofKandace Watson to the firm’s San Diego office. Ms. Watson joins Kilpatrick Townsend as Partner and will be a member of the nationally-recognized Mergers & Acquisitions, Securities, and Corporate Team.

Ms. Watson has extensive experience advising companies, corporate boards and executives in numerous industries with emphasis on healthcare and pharmaceutical, internet and media, technology, biomedical, and food and beverage companies.

Ms. Watson also brings expertise in international and domestic transactions, license agreements, manufacturing, supply and distribution agreements, public and private offerings, multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, strategic alliances and commercial transactions, among others. Corporate and management teams seek her legal and strategic advice to structure, negotiate and close complex transactions, comply with SEC regulations, and expand operations globally.
