Cooley LLP announced today that it represented Tableau Software, Inc. on its initial public offering. Tableau, a Seattle-based software company, now trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “DATA.” Tableau’s software products put the power of data into the hands of everyday people, allowing a broad population of business users to engage with their data, ask questions, solve problems and create value.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as lead joint book-running managers for the offering. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as book-running managers. UBS Securities LLC and BMO Capital Markets Corp acted as co-lead managers and JMP Securities LLC acted as co-manager.
